Following the government announcement​​ on 31/10/2020, we would like to assure you that we are still open and will continue to be open during the lockdown. All appointments remain in place unless you wish to cancel them, but we just ask that you aim to give us at least 24hours notice. If our guidance changes then we will update you as soon as possible and phone to cancel appointments if necessary.

From Monday 15th June 2020 we resumed a limited service of face to face care, primarily for patients who had been triaged by the dentist. We are currently in the process of contacting patients who had routine appointments postponed or cancelled during the Covid 19 closure.

Our telephone lines are extremely busy at the moment but you can also contact us via email or Facebook messenger. We aim to answer any enquiries or calls as soon as possible.

Our appointment diary is currently being managed 2-3 days ahead. Please be assured the team are working extremely hard to ensure all booked appointments go ahead. If an appointment needs to be amended we will contact you as soon as we are able.​ Unfortunately there will be no Saturday morning or late Monday evening appointments available at the current time.

Aerosol treatment (High speed drill and ultrasonic scaling), also known as AGP's, are now available, although with the guidelines and regulations we have to adhere to, these appointments are limited due to the 'fallow' time involved-ie, having to leave the surgery empty after these treatments. We are in the process of contacting and booking patients in for these appointments.

Our software is currently being updated to provide new, safer ways of completing forms such as Medical History forms and patient consent. These will be sent via e-mail or SMS to a smartphone where they can be completed via a secure portal. Paper copies will still be available to complete on request.

Text and e-mail reminders have been temporarily stopped due to the complexity of appointment booking. We can still however send appointment cards in the post on request.

Entry to the practice is strictly by appointment only.

If you have a dental emergency during normal working hours 9am-5pm Monday-Friday please contact the practice directly. If you have a dental emergency in the evenings or at weekends, please telephone the Urgent Dental Care Centre on 03001234010 where your call will be triaged. Please note this telephone line may be very busy so please be patient.
