Following the government announcement on 04/01/2021, we would like to assure all patients that we are still open and available for all appointments. As before, we will not be cancelling any appointments, however if you do not feel comfortable coming into the practice we completely understand. If you do wish to cancel your appointment we ask that you try to give us at least 24 hours notice and you can do this by either calling us on 01524 61959, emailing us at email@example.com or sending us a message through Facebook
From Monday 15th June 2020 we resumed a limited service of face to face care, primarily for patients who had been triaged by the dentist. We are still in the process of contacting patients who had routine appointments postponed or cancelled during the Covid 19 closure.
Our telephone lines may be busier than normal at the moment but you can also contact us via email or Facebook messenger. We aim to answer any enquiries or calls as soon as possible.
Please be assured the team are working extremely hard to manage the appointment diary as efficiently as possible to ensure all booked appointments go ahead. If an appointment needs to be amended we will contact you as soon as we are able. Unfortunately, there will be no Monday evening appointments available at the current time, however Saturday appointments have started to resume. We may not be open every Saturday and will contact any patients in advance if their appointment needs to be changed.
Aerosol treatment (High speed drill and ultrasonic scaling), also known as AGP's, are now available, although with the guidelines and regulations we have to adhere to, these appointments are limited due to the 'fallow' time involved-ie, having to leave the surgery empty after these treatments. We are still in the process of contacting and booking patients in for these appointments.
Our software has been updated to allow safer ways of completing forms such as Medical History forms and patient consent through a patient portal. These will be sent via e-mail or SMS to a smartphone where they can be completed securely. Paper copies will still be available to complete on request, however we will do our best to work towards a paperless system for certain information. Auto Text and e-mail reminders have been re-activated.
Entry to the practice is still strictly by appointment only.

Please note this telephone line may be very busy so please be patient.
